My parcel was collected on time and by a gentleman who was courteous, but the delivery was so up setting and disgusting, I still have trouble thinking about it. My last parcel was dropped over a driveway gate, in the middle o the track, only to be found by the couples son, as he was leaving to go home. I did put in a complaint, but never had any follow up . So disappointed, as I have used this company before with wonderful service.
We used to work for a delivery service years ago, and no way would this have happened.

When I did the booking with these guys, they said that my parcel will be delivered by 22nd Dec 2018. and paid 165 dollars for delivery. Now nearly after three weeks they are asking more money to returned the parcel back to the sender as they failed to deliver ontime.
What a ridiculous service. Don't believe what they show on their website. Big bunch of lairs.

It’s a little hit and miss when the courier picks up your parcel.
Your get out clause for Interparcel and the courier is in very fine print that it’s not guaranteed that the courier will collect your parcel on the day you want.
What kind of service is that?? Why pay a premium then?
