Expected collection booked for Friday, NOT collected until Monday, I was away for the weekend so package left out getting damp.
Not very impressed at all, will not be using the offered courier service again despite the price being the best. Cheap price, poor service.

Thé item was lost for 4 days. Mixed messages from staff. Told it was at the Sunshine Coast, not Darwin. When it arrived in Darwin instructions were to leave if no one at home, recorded messaged and confirmed. The parcel was returned to base and note left to arrange another delivery day. Very frustrating. Just needed some service, I did all the phone calls.
Not good enough team.
