Bad experience and what a rip off of a company!! I received my item damaged today and nothing was done, and to top it off they also expect me to pay for someone else's fault $500+ I have made a booking for a seller to help him out, he had sent me the dimensions of the pipe and then when it arrived into Australia they say it's slightly larger and I would need to pay $500+ before they can release it to me! I am very disappointed as we couldn't come to a conclusion and cannot deal with a customer, they were very arrogant so never again!!!! Oh and in the passed I'd make a booking but it would not be picked up on the day they say but the following day, they have even given me the drivers number for me to follow up they cant even do their job... that's frustrating and extremely annoying!! Do not recommend it.

The site is easy to navigate, you can be a casual client, prices are fair and pick up and estimated travel time for the parcel is always correct. I can recommend this site to anyone!

Parcels have always been picked up as arranged and delivered without a hitch, I have no problem using inter parcel in the future.

Drivers have failed to turn up multiple times, and your customer service is ambivalent about this. They cannot rectify the issue with the carrier so we end up waiting 3 days for a next day collection.

I booked a collection for x 2 time sensitive packages to be collected. 2 days later still no collection. Not happy, yes I will get a refund, but their poor service has cost me 2 sales
