"Great pick and up and delivery times…"

Great pick and up and delivery times but we paid extra to have a custom pallet delivered with a Taillift truck and the driver asked if we had a fork lift to help him. Even though we paid for the tail lift truck he needed help taking the large furniture piece off the truck. Lucky there wer two people at the delivery address to help. Considering how much we paid for the delivery i would have thought he would have has the resources to take the piece off the truck and into the house himself.
