The overall experience was good, however i did not like the way in which the courier driver who picked up my goods spoke to me and how he handled my goods. As i was not home, i was watching him from my surveillance cameras and he could be seen throwing the items into his van and on top of other items that i will assume belonged to other Interparcel customers. Not a good look.

On the flip side, my good went from Sydney to Brisbane in a day and a half which i think is fantastic. luckily my items were not damaged.
