I couldn't better the service at pick up and delivery was faster than expected. The computer order procedure for multiple parcels was difficult to follow.

It is good to find competitively economical rates and services but in recent months, i have realized that courier companies on their panel have become slack and they don’t have any check and balance. I wrote to Interparcel to report but even Interparcel didn’t bother to reply. So it is cheap but no time accountability. I am still using it when i am looking for cheaper rates but pick up is delayed by 3-4 days. I will call them couple of times to make pick up happen. Last time i travelled all the way to western suburb to one of couriers office to hand my parcel after a whole week pick up delay and 4 calls to request for pick up didn’t fruit.
