Generally a great site for booking parcel pick up and delivery.
Only issue I have is sometimes it auto corrects and if you don’t keep an eye out you can get a mistaken delivery or pick up address.
Otherwise easy to use and excellent service.

Said pick up the following day and several days later and after several calls to the courier company I had to deliver it to the depot. Wasted time and money and more importantly, the customer was not happy.
