Used the same day order, but received it the next day instead. Data tracking form was also kinda iffy. Upside is that the price was okay, and it's easy to use.

Just started using, prices good, importing good, but Aus wide hit and miss. Booked in a collection, courier please arrive before 9:00am, missed him by 10 secs. I know in contract it says arrive anytime, but this is a home business and as he arrived 10:30am the previous day, I thought he would arrive after 9:00am, obviously not. Rang customer service who don't care and blamed it all on me, just repeating that they can arrive anytime, it's in contract etc, no compassion or consideration.
Especially when the day before I booked in 20 shipments. From a business point of view, you think they would be a bit nicer as a new account etc.
Anyway, they said they would rebook for the next day, so I waited all day and then rang them at 12:00pm or so just to make sure and they said yes he will be there.
Rang again at 4:30pm, but because I live in Brisbane they were closed. You guessed it, courier didn't pick up and now still waiting over weekend for hopefully he will arrive tomorrow.
Maybe I should try Sendle, anyone use them ?

Parcel ordered on 30/9/19. with 3-7 days delivery. Now 9/10/19, no sign of parcel.

Failed to make tracking data form,claimed I had wrong email or order number.

Not happy, poor service.
