Great service been using them for the last 5 years. The customer service team is amazing and although the couriers could be difficult to deal with Interparcel has taken away that headache so I can focus on my business

Delivery was great but i was charged even more than quoted after a week of having my parcel. they came back and told me it was oversize, when i had given them the specs off the website of the product i had ordered, giving a bit of leeway for packaging. That is all that was oversized, if it even was! $45 extra doesn't make it such a good deal for shipping, i could have gone elsewhere a lot cheaper.
delivery was fast and i appreciated being kept up to date with where my order was.

I went on to chat to find out why my box wasnt collected and why i was not notified - i got nothing but rudeness from the staff saying its not their job - and then said we are closed and shut the chat off!

Not a great experience - definitely need a change of staffing in their customer service department - Liana was really rude and you've lost business here!

I used other courier portals and had constant failed pickups. Now I just stick with Interparcel! Fast and reliable! Also thumbs up to Hunter Express, highly recommend!
