Kurtis called for our annual service and certificate and completed all work in an efficient, clean and tidy manner. He was polite and well mannered and an excellent advertisement for Bespoke Gas. Thanks for great service.

"Really disappointing experience"

Really disappointing experience. Bespoke sent out a plumber to fix a water leak. I don't believe the plumber was directly employed by Bespoke but Bespoke organised him at my request. He fitted parts unnecessarily when they had just been replaced and were working before fixing the real issue. I understand some times things may have issues that I haven't noticed but these were completely unrelated parts to the issue - and new!

It's a shame for Bespoke to receive a low review as previously they have been great but whoever you requested to attend on your behalf (I'm assuming from things he said that he's not directly employed by you) carried out unnecessary work at great cost to me.

Left a voice message requesting our gas boiler service, they called back the same day, very curtious and accommodating wrt service engineer appointment. Engineer arrived on time and completed the cleaning, testing and setting our boiler with no issues or extra costs. Very professional and efficient company, I would highly recommend their services.

We are repeat clients and each year we receive a timely reminder to book for the service. Speaking to Kate is always lovely and we find a date and time that is convenient. Kurtis was the engineer this year and he was fab. Polite, helpful, and efficient. Can’t recommend enough.
