The inspectors they sent out failed to identify or comment on the issue I identified. After fighting with them for more than 6 months I had to pay for my own independent inspection, only then did they acknowledge my claim. It then took another 3 months of constant follow up to get my claim finalised. Absolutely shocking service

All of my interactions were good but the big issue for me was with communication between KT and O'Brien Glass. Obrien were adimiment they were sending requests to KT, and KT were adimiment they were not receiving them. This went on for ONE MONTH!. Finally one of the KT reps sent an email directly to O'Brien to authorise, which was great but should have happened earlier. The next problem was that email address they had used for O'Brien was incorrect, exasabating the issue. There should be copious notes on my file so feel free to review and maybe use this instance as a test case for review and training.
