These guys mostly have fake reviews on here. My experience with them can be characterized as “borderline harassment “,”stressful “, “poor quality output”,” shady sales people “.
The worst translation services I have ever seen in my life. I have hired multiple translation companies, but I have never had such a bad experience.
They have all these sales executives working with fake names.
There are 2 guys called Alan Morris and Aaron, ( I seriously doubt they have real names) and I was promised that the translation would be delivered in 2 days. They also promised that if the translation has any errors, they would work with me on rectifying it.
However, They couldn’t fix their mistakes even after 4 long stressful calls.
After explaining to Aaron, that this was borderline harassment and I telling them that it was stressful for me to be on multiple calls over such a trivial issue, the only excuses that he could come up in his fake accent was,” you are not being professional “this is getting too personal “,” I am on the sales team”. When I asked him isn’t it his job to ensure the quality of the output, he had no answer to that.
He also told me not to act smart even though it was him/them who dropped the ball on the client.
His final response was for me to seek Whatever remedy I could.
So that was that.
And They also stole my money and gave me a useless file.
So don’t hire them if you want to avoid the hassle.
To begin with, the company seemed shady from the start because I was never able to speak to the guy called Vincent Bailey, who gave me a quote over chat.
It’s always the sales guy who give you all the sales gimmicks to take your money but unable to provide a quality output. They don’t seem to have a quality assurance manager or a project manager. They should lose their licenses.

I raised the issue of the refund with Aaron ( Some sales guy with a phony accent) and he shut me down by telling me not to “Act smart”. I am not going to be giving you accolades for that. You shouldn’t be running a business if this is what your attitude is.
I did tell the guys they could keep my money if they were not going to refund. At that point it was pretty clear that Aaron didn’t care.
It was only yesterday that they agreed to issue me a refund when I told them USA does give customers avenues to seek resolutions and this guy offered a refund.
A Bad review is a bad review. Take it for what it is.
How is it defacing. Should a client just walk away with a bad experience.
The 4 long stressful calls were worth much more than the refund of $13.65
For them everything is difficult since they don’t have a real translator. It was just normal Punjabi. You are translating the speech, not reproducing a dictionary. These guys act as if they are doing the service for free.
Either they don’t know how to run a translation/transcription business, or they very well know how to harass gullible customers by over promising and then shutting them down.
I would not recommend them. They can’t be trusted due to misrepresentation. They don’t have a real translator, let alone a quality translator.
This is not the American way of business.
