Vananservices is great! I have worked with them a couple times now on last minute rush translation and subtitling jobs and they have been wonderful to work with. Will definitely call them again!!

"Awful, please avoid"

Guys please do not fell for this. This compagny is horrible!! They are just terrible!! I submitted some transcripts to get them translated, at first they said 48hours, after 8 DAYS they emailed me the transcripts with tons of errors( google translate would have done a better job than that) I’ve been calling them every single day and they kept lying and lying. Now I have to find someone else to get them translated, which may make me miss the school deadline. Also, be aware they are using another name for the company “Clickfortranslation”probably because they have already got terrible reviews on google with that name.
Edit: after contacting them and asking for refund and to cancel the order, Ryan Kauff, who's the account manager contacted me and apologized for the delay and the errors. He refunded the full amount I paid, and he also had a different team correct all the documents and send them on overnight mail. This for sure turned the bad experience I had with them to a better one. If you get to use them, make sure to ask for Ryan Kauff.

I sent in a 30 page long poem – difficult because the poem was written in modern literary Arabic, with words in Persian, Kurdish and the language of Prophet Zarathustra's Gathas.
