Thought it would only take few days for delivery then found it was longer. Mailed them to ask to cancel it because they hadn’t sent had any confirmation it was cut and ready to be shipped. Was told I would be refunded only 50 percent of what I paid for for carpet.

Paid for the guys to bring it inside my house they tried leaving it outside but told them it needs to come in. Quality isn’t the best marks every easy

Carpet supplied as advertised & was good value for money. Disappointing that the delivery was doorstep only, carpet had to be carried up 4 flights of stairs
