Ordered a total of £600 of flooring. Was emailed by carpet warehouse and the courier saying my order was going to deliver that week. 2 weeks later, no carpets. Got in contact with carpet warehouse which told me they weren’t able to ship my order because it had been out of stock? 3 weeks since the order and still no update and no delivery.

Ordered 3 samples - delivery never arrived and then 2 subsequent orders via customer services still never arrived. Orders never even made it into the courier system, total scammers

3 times my order has been placed for a sample and it still hasn’t arrived. If you can’t deliver a £1 sample what hope is there for the actual floor covering!! An absolute disgrace

"Supplied the wrong underlay & wouldn't fix it."
Carpet Warehouse supplied the wrong underlay. Refused to believe 8mm thick was not the 12mm underlay I ordered. It was even marked 8mm on the inside wrapper. Then said they wouldn't even discuss the problem, as the fitter had laid it.
I was only asking to pay for the underlay they supplied rather than the more expensive one I ordered. These people just wanted to defraud me. Avoid these cowboys at all costs. They are just money grabbing thieves, not professionals. They certainly won't be getting the order for the other 4 carpets I'm replacing.

Delivery was delayed by a further 10 working days , I had too chase the company for updates all the time . Told me it would be dispatched next day, wasn't dispatched for another three days . Won't be using the company again , poor customer service.

"Dreadful customer service"
Dreadful customer service. Vinyl flooring arrived day after confirmed date and incorrect. The wrong item and been sent. Then when the correct one arrived it had a tear around 1.5m into the roll. When I contacted the customer service to complain about the delivery etc there response was unhelpful - they prettt much refused to accept any responsibility.

Terrible terrible service. Took them a month to deliver my flooring despite no updates at all unless I chased them. They just kept blaming stock and then the delivery company. They gave no compassion and don’t provide any evidence or explanation of issues.
Be aware if they aren’t delivering and you ask to cancel the order, they charge you a 50% cutting fee.
Avoid at all costs!
