Made use of the free sample service. Samples are on the small side, I expected that as they were sent in the post, but were all well labelled and gave a really good indication of product quality.
Ordered the carpet with no issues. Delivery was made in a timely manner (you wouldn't get it quicker from a high street store unless it was roll stock) and communication was great.
Also ordered door bars and a new knife, all brilliant quality at a great price.
Overall great experience, will definitely use again and recommend to others.
