Extremely poor customer service and lack of communication from start to finish. Missed my delivery date and absolutely no contact from CW unless I called them, at which point was repeatedly told carpet had been dispatched (it hadn’t been). Complained and sent multiple emails asking to speak to a manager which never happened. Do not recommend.
