absolutely terrible don't use you will only be disappointed
ordered vinyl flooring from these Monday 20th
delivery was supposed to be 24th which i find surprising as i had to pay for delivery its not free.
I've had no communication from the company unless i have instigated it
when i did they told me that there was an issue with the shipping company but my order would arrive on time and i told them i needed this as we will be moving home and i was assured that this would not be a problem and i would receive a text message no message has been sent
i rang the delivery company today the 28th they told me they only have one piece of my order and wont ship that part out with out the other part has come in , then they told me it wasn't even with them at their main hub?
i rang carpet warehouse only to be told that they would ring me with in the next couple of hours ,that was at 10.20am its now 2.30pm and still no phone call
now this company have been sending myself and my wife with loads of emails offering different discounts
so when we do place the order we thought it would be a smooth transaction .
i should have known better I'm now being told that they will deliver to me by the 31st that's my moving date i needed to fit their by the 29th
total mess I've aske for a full refund i wonder how long that will take ???

"Sold a miss advertised product."

Ordered an item and when it arrived it was completely different to the one advertised, when I asked for it to be replaced with one closer to the advertised pictures on the site I was told they would deduct 25% from my refund and charge me £50 to return it.

They said my statutory rights don’t count because it’s a bespoke piece so be warned, as far as they’re concerned, none of their items fall under the rules of the consumer rights act of 2015.

I would have accepted the item but it was completely different colour, pile type and also extremely poor quality.

Please be careful with this company, I’ve had really good service from other companies who have good customer service. It’s not really worth the risk when they will charge you for their mistake or misrepresentation of products.

Hopefully this is helpful to anyone concerned about their low customer satisfaction ratings.
