"Late Delivery of Damaged Goods"

Order arrived well after the advised delivery date after numerous chasers and was damaged inside the packaging. When I tried to alert customer service to this issue, the agent was completely unhelpful and refused both refund and replacement as 48 hours had elapsed! They clearly haven’t heard of the consumer rights act and now I have to pursue my refund through other channels. Can not recommend strongly enough to steer clear of this awful company.

Rung the company to enquire about colours of carpets on their website the service was amazing. I was offered samples up to 4 to see if they were what I needed. I asked a couple of other questions as well and was given the reply straight away and also informed I can ring any time if there is additional questions. Polite, knowledge, helpful I would recommend. "Defective Vinyl delivered"

Ordered a rolled vinyl sheet of 4m x 5m
Paid £20 for delivery.
All was good until rolled open the vinyl for installation.
Came with huge unwanted black mark on the original ordered pattern.
With person ready to fit, no option to return, was forced to use it with defect, having paid in full for a product supposed to be new and defect free.
Horrible!!!! Stay AWAY!!!
