Ordered two vinyl samples to choose between for the kitchen but unfortunately only received one after paying postage. Was very keen to order, but might be best to go to a local store - can get view straight away to take away. Less hassle.

Ordered samples which came super quick although one was missing. I messaged to advise and they replied straight away and posted the missing sample the next day.

Ordered a sample but never received it. Even after 3 attempts and royal mail tracking (which never updated)! Avoid as complete waste of time. Shouldnt take 3 attempts, issue should be rectified by 2nd attempt at the very least!b1512
