I had a response and apology almost immediately, it turned out that Royal Mail had lost the samples. Carpet Warehouse sent out 2 more samples the next day ref #CW128119 and they arrived very quickly. I was impressed with the customer service and with the samples themselves. I've now placed an order for a floor with them as well.

I needed a good selection of samples as I am renovating a house. The wool samples both look and feel excellent, and are great value for money. I only wish they had more colours, like a golden hey tone, to compliment period houses.
