Easy to order online. Carpet and underlay was shipped and delivered promptly. Accurate delivery messages and polite delivery staff put it where I wanted it. Carpet was fitted and looks great and all for a very reasonable price. What's not to like. Very happy and would use again.

Carpet was scheduled to be delivered on one of three specified days.
The days went by and it never arrived.
Then, and only after me messaging them first, did they explain there was a delay and it would arrive later.
Three days after the last day of the scheduled delivery, it arrived.
So there could be better communication.

Website not correct, said can pick a store, rang Huyton branch ,was told they don’t hold stock comes from manufacturer. Order on line 27/01/25, now 10/02/25 still not received.accordingly won’t be using again.
Had stuff quicker from China.
