I have recently bought a new Kia Niro from Hummingbird. Davide Manca was our sales consultant and he was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He guided us in our choice of models and financial options with patience and charm. It was five star service!

We have just bought a Kia Sportage. We were fortunate to meet Davida Manca, as our sales executive. He was professional, knowledgable and gave us excellent service from day one to the day we drove away in our Kia.
He kept us well informed at every step of the way and explained every delay in delivery.
We were never rushed and he took time to respond to all our queries.
Kia are very fortunate to have him as a staff member.

"The manager was rude and unhelpful!!!"

The manager was rude and unhelpful. My 2 month old car had a fault which they said they needed me to bring in, however once i had taken the car in i was told it wasn't fit for purpose and not drivable. I was then told i had no options available to me but to leave the car with no expectation of how long they would need the car for. I asked for a courtesy car but was told they didn't have any for me. I was clearly distressed as i need my car for work and transporting my disabled daughter around. At no point did David Titford show any compassion or understanding and didn't even ask for my name. If i hadn't persisted for over 2 hours i wouldn't have been been given a car to get home. The only way i got any compassion was from Simon the sales person who sold me the car who agreed it was an awful situation. I recommend no one gets a vehicle from this dealership or gets a service from here. With management like this i don't have much hope that my new car will be road worthy and that i will need to source an independent Kia specialist to check their work.

I bought Kia Niro just over 10 days ago paid £ 31.000 stupidly did not check every single corner, parcel shelve string was badly worn out and come off and family owned friendly company refused to sort out and said £500.00 to replace by sales person Alex. Be careful they are good only until sales completed after that you are piece of… hummingbirds should be avoided.

I have bought a Kia Niro 2 but they fail to provide me with 3 pin emergency charger as should come with the car. Poor customer service. Finally my charger is arrived and collected it from Kia hummingbird on 29/04/2023 exactly on my cars one year anniversary.

"Mixed experience"

Mixed experience here.A staff called Sad ( not sure about his name) was too rude.Very poor experience from him.He can't show his anger on customers.Please provide him some training on how to behave and treat customers.

Later we were with other 2 lovely staffs Alex and Simon.They both were friendly and polite.Alex has got great knowledge about everything there.It was nice experience with him.

Please be very careful when you buy a vehicle from this show room, they give you the information to make you happy and to buy it, but later you when you signed off the agreement( financing, services) then you will find out about the miss information ( misleading) you received. Please take everything in writing, otherwise later when your in trouble, NO ONE believe you.

Do not order from this company! I ordered for a return journey to the airport. Payment was taken, email confirmation of the booking was received. On the day my flight, with two toddlers in tow, we waited and waited and no one showed up. I rung them but phone lines have been disconnected. Emailed, but no reply. They should not be allowed to take money if they have stopped operating. Beware and do not order from their website or pay in advance!
