I will give no star if there is an option. The website is unethical. They charge me $17ea for a seat selection, upon check out there is no breakdown and given a lump sum. After careful calculation on my own I realized the seat selection is $37 ea instead. I opt not to proceed with the OPT since there is discrepancy. But who knows.. after I exited the window, I got an SMS saying my card was deducted. I called the bank to do an investigation. the bank was also puzzle and guess that cheaptickets actually turn off the security upon seeing that I am not proceeding. Cheaptickets then proceed the transaction again on their own without the need of my authorization. The bank has verified that there are 2 transcation. 1 is fail(done by me), another one is carry out 1 min after(not done by me) After several call and email exchange with cheaptickets, even with screen shot showing the amount was $17 during the booking they jus keep delaying in reply..and after 1 months, there is no update at all.. I have to keep chasing them on update of overcharging. Then after I chase them, they will reply, there is no overcharge, pls check with the bank. Their customer service is from India, they do not even know what they are talking when I tried to speak to them. Even with screenshot of discrepancies, they just turn their eye blind and ignore saying there is wrong! Typical Indian way of management. Very bad experience! Avoid at all cost even with the cheapest ticket they offer.

Good response, you can do further effort and offer more and more routes CHEAPER TICKET. Turnover is more important than hepatic profit.

Went through all the booking process for an expensive business-class ticket, and made the payment through a debit card because the credit card would have cost a lot more. Received the confirmation all set to go, the money was taken from my account and then i got the message the booking didn't go through because the flight was no longer available. AVOID THIS SITE

Recently purchased a ticket on cheaptickets.co.th because there were only two options available Male and Female instead of Mr. Ms., and Mrs.
even though my passport states Miss. My e-ticket was issued under the name Mrs.

When I contacted CheapTickets staff, they assured me there would be no issues, However, my title must match my passport perfectly when I call the airline! So complicated!!
