Tic Toc made it easy. The process was straight forward. Tic Toc were easy to contact, even on the weekend. There was a high level of communication every step of the way and the text message progress updates were awesome.

Aaron at Tic:Toc was very friendly and easy to deal with over the phone. My approval process was very quick when compared to another lender I was dealing with. I was happy to be speaking with an Australian over the phone.

Was hoping for an actual 22 minutes approval, but sometimes stars just does not line up and you get approvals in 10 days. Spoke to a few mortgage brokers at the same time to explore options but have to say the TicToc treatment is miles ahead. Aaron was absolutely helpful. Had a few hiccups along the way but he followed things up personally and gave me timely updates. Even made follow up calls when he sends stuffs to make sure I get them. Great rates and great service, definitely will be recommending Tic:Toc to my friends and families.

After being told by one of the largest international banks that it would take 2 weeks to pre-approve me I applied for a first time buyer home loan with Tic:Toc as they have a more rapid process, plus no extra fees. I was impressed firstly with the technical innovation that securely provides temporary read-only access to the Tic:Toc credit assessor. Secondly, I was impressed by Ryan's relaxed yet professional service when he walked me through the remaining approval process to a final loan offer. He was always readily available via email and phone (not some awful call center) and answered all my questions. I literally could not ask more of a home loan company or of a service professional. well done Ryan.
