Ho acquistato un iphone ricondizionato, a un paio di giorni dal mio pagamento ricevo una mail dove mi informano del rimborso effettuato, ho chiesto spiegazioni chiamando il centro assistenza ma non hanno saputo dirmi perchè il venditore non ha spedito l'oggetto da me pagato. Mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero messa in contatto con lui ma ad oggi non ho ancora ricevuto nessuna risposta. Prima e ultima esperienza con oggetti ricondizionati online, ero già titubante, questa situazione mi ha ulteriormente allontanata.
