The smart watch I received was faulty, the condition was worse than expected, not by much but in an area which really affected the aesthetic. I purchased it as a gift, turned out to be uncomfortable on her wrist which is not the companies fault but they claim they offer a 30 day trial period, I'm still waiting for the return instructions over a week later. I'm afraid they're waiting for the 30 day trial period to expire. I initially heard back from first contacting them and Instead of providing return instructions I had back and forth about trying another charger to resolve the issue and requested photos after I had already repackaged it in preparation for the return.
They have passed my issue onto another section and have heard nothing since.

The iPads I bought were in good condition. I hesitated to by refurbished at first but now, no regards.

Nemen de telefoon niet op, reageren niet op mails en komen bezorgafspraken niet na. Sterker nog: Ik heb NIETS ontvangen en hoop ooit nog iets van mijn geld terug te zien. Ben er bang voor....

I tried to buy an iPad from this company. They sent it via DPD (worse courier in my experience). I never touched the device because DPD lost it for two weeks. I got my refund back. The costumer service helped me out, they are legit and in the end I still would recommend them just because they refunded me.
But why use DPD this day and age!!??
