I’ve been investing for many years through NYSE, however, never did anything with precious metals and only knew that came in coins and bars. So, I called to get information about an IRA rollover and immediately got introduced to John Bazzo and Adam Winett. Both men were very nice, patient and knowledgeable in order to make sure they were helping me feel comfortable. After the initial call, the majority of my conversations were handled by John Bazzo. I have NEVER had an investment professional consultation like the one I experienced with John. After 2 weeks of phone calls, emails and texts, the commitment of prompt responses was always immediate. After doing some research on purchasing silver through IRA & 403b transfer I decided on American Hartford Gold. Fees are lower than others and I had what felt like a more personal interaction with my advisor, Nathan Boston, who took the time to explain, discuss, and answer any and all questions I had regarding my transaction. It felt like an honest and sincere interaction and not just business-like which I appreciated.
