When I call customer service he said I will send you a label to return, then a few days went by and I called again. he then said he was waiting for approval from his boss. In this time i made another order of #0 gold mailers and almost a week goes by and you haven't even shipped my order and still haven't sent me a return label! Very unhappy! If you are out of something say so on your website! These will be our last orders with you!
