"Lies About Turnaround Times and Poor Quality Printing"
I ordered custom printed Poly-bubble mailer bags from them since they advertise on their site a 3 business day turnaround time. After 6 business days, I emailed them asking them why my order hadn't been produced or shipped. A man name John from the company answered my email saying that their poly-printing machine was being repaired and wouldn't be available until December.
So this company was TOTALLY fine not notifying me about the delay and having me wait until December if I hadn't said anything.
They offered to switch the order to the white Kraft bubble mailers (and didn't offer to refund the difference until I said something about it first). So I approved it as long as they refunded the difference and kept me updated on production.
Well another set of 5 business days pass and still no updates. I emailed them AGAIN asking for updates and the same man, John, said he would check on my order. He didn't. So I emailed him again the next day and he apologized and said he would update me the same day. AGAIN, he did not. So on the 3rd business day, I emailed him AGAIN and he straight up lied to me saying my order had been shipped yesterday and gave me a tracking number. When the tracking number was checked, it said that the shipping label had been created 15 minutes prior and hadn't even really been handed over to UPS. They were still awaiting the package. I called him out on his lie saying it had been shipped yesterday. He lied AGAIN saying they tried to ship it out yesterday but that the UPS location had been closed. Okay so then how does that explain that the shipping label had been barely created that morning 15 minutes prior to his email? No reply.
The tracking number was finally updated hours later when the package had ACTUALLY been shipped out to UPS. The custom kraft mailers arrive and the quality is so poor on the printing. Colors are muted and looks as if they had been printing by a cheap home printer. Ink isn't even water proof. Waste of time and money. Don't trust this company since they will give you the runaround.
Order was placed on October 1st and should have arrived on October 11th at the latest. Order arrived today, October 20th. All my packages had to be sent on the 15th, so these are now useless to me.
