I bought this for my husband , the jewlers hadn’t got his size , they ordered it for me , no charge for postage , it arrived , Royal Mail tracked,in a week . I had a lovely e.mail from merchants, keeping me up to date , thanking me , so nice in the days of company’s not bothering , a lovely touch . The bracelet is lovely , I will DEFINATELY use this company again, fantastic customer service .
