"What a revelation"
What can I say, other than it just works. Roaming in Europe with 100gb of data without fair usage limits imposed and glitch free. The data speeds are amazing compared to my previous supplier. I’ve logged 140mbs in one location. This is the best and not always the case, and the worst was still better than the best that Three Mobile could muster. For people especially that need roaming in Europe, poppet mobile for me has been a revelation.

Sim arrived almost immediately and works OK.
Good to be back on the EE network without paying full EE rip-off prices!
Some aspects of setting up are not crystal clear from the website and instructions provided but I managed in the end.
The web interface seems rather basic and not very intuitive but this is a small company just starting up and I'm sure they'll improve it.
The downloadable Android APP doesn't work properly - when I click in the spaces to insert login details the on-screen keypad doesn't pop up on my phone (so I can't type in the login details!). There's clearly a APP programming problem which needs to be sorted out.

Ok not the best or most professional website or dashboard, but it works , Customer service ...my experience ... excellent.. especially Matt who has answered my many queries initially , very promptly via chat and email, and helped me set up and transfer my number. If anyone deserves a bonus or payrise it's him 😃( I am not related to him in anyway, nor never met him 😃) I just hope they continue to succeed despite some of the nonsense written on face book about them.Please try it .

I cannot fault this network I’m in love with popit. It’s not polished to perfection yet as in no point ringing and the dashboard is not user friendly but they offer the best service bar none I’m cancelling all other contracts and only using popit Many of my friends on my recommendation are doing the same. Coverage is great everywhere. And the people on live chat are the most friendly helpful people you could wish to deal with. Do not hesitate to use this provider well done popit

I purchased a 100gb sim in October 22 and cancelled it on my return to the UK two months later. I had a small problem whilst I was abroad which they sorted out very quickly and efficiently. We are now changing our O2 contract over to PopIt as I personally can’t fault the service.

"A solution for EU roaming…but terrible customer service"
Update - my partner subsequently signed up for Popit and has had good experience - in fact she has enjoyed better connections than i have with EE - which is ironic since Popit piggybacks on the EE service - go figure lol !?!?
We travel quite a bit in the EU so this offering looked interesting with very few roaming limitations. We have been with 3, O2, Vodafone & Giffgaff and all are limiting data usage. Popit certainly aren’t offering the cheapest package, but if EU roaming is important, and it is to us, it looks as though they’re filling a gap in the market and worth trying. I signed up and paid, but at that stage my experience effectively ended due to their lack of any real customer service when a problem was encountered. Web, phone, live chat and email support are all seemingly there, but desperately wanting in reality. I’ve given 2 stars only because their theoretical offering looks positive. I wish them well, but I’m pretty sure they will struggle with these service levels…
