"Mancato rimborso ora risolto!"

Ho effettuato una prenotazione di un parcheggio in Spagna tramite loro ma al mio arrivo il parcheggio risultava chiuso, transennato. In alto luminosa la scritta Completo. Incredula sono scesa a piedi per vedere all'interno se ci fosse qualcuno a cui chiedere.
Il parcheggio era completamente vuoto. Sono stata costretta a cercare un altro posto la sera in una città che non conosco e che non ha assoluto modo di parcheggiare in strada (Lloret de mar).Ho pertanto riferito a Parkimeter l'accaduto chiedendo il dovuto il rimborso per il mancato uso del parcheggio; inspiegabilmente hanno temporeggiato dicendo che dovevano aspettare la risposta del gestore del parcheggio, ma Parkimeter ha immediatamente bloccato sul suo sito il garage, tutelandosi.Ho inviato email, telefonato e oggi sapete cosa mi hanno scritto?!CHE IO AVEVO DISDETTO IL PARCHEGGIO!! IO! Comunicando al parcheggio che non sarei andata.
Ora ho chiesto loro le prove di quanto dicono.
Tutto questo per euro 43,50!!!

Oggi 10/10 mi hanno avvertito che il gestore del parcheggio ha deciso di rimborsare tutto perché effettivamente il garage è chiuso per lavori.
È stata dura ma dovrei ricevere tutto.

Penso che Parkimeter avrebbe dovuto appena appurata la verità, pretendere immediatamente dal gestore la restituzione del dovuto essendo l'unico tramite senza far ricadere sul cliente tutti questi interventi di sollecito.
Peccato...

I had an issue with the licence number because it was a rental. Until I got the rental car, my booking already started so I was not able to modify the booking to put the licence number. But the support assistant contact me by WhatsApp and help me a lot( it was Sunday afternoon) I had no issues to enter the parking thanks to their support team. Best service, best price ( better than the hotel I stayed - they share the same parking lots), best support. I recommend and trust this service. I will use it again in Paris. Thanks a lot!
