Relativieren meine Meinung vom 9.10. Wir haben mit der angegebenen Adresse leider keinen Parkplatz gefunden, der die Bestätigung von Parkimeter akzeptiert hat. Was mich sehr geärgert hat, aber die Beschwerde wurde akzeptiert und der Betrag für die Reservierung umgehend zurück erstattet. Was mich zu den 4 Sternen für die Rückabwicklung bewogen hat.

Estoy gestionando una reserva y para aclarar unas dudas llamé por teléfono me atendió una voz grabada. No hay personal humano para atender a los clientes. Pretenden que pague un servicio de aparcamiento caro por adelantado? Y si no me lee la matrícula la máquina o no me expiden el ticket, a quién llamo? Me atenderá la misma voz grabada. Me parece cutre y poco serio

Expérience au parking Zenpark Tour Part-Dieu.
Parking complet à notre arrivée. Impossible de se garer.
Les réceptionnistes de l'hôtel Radisson à qui semble appartenir ce parking "ne peuvent rien faire" et ne sont pas responsables de la sous-location par Parkimeter.
Un numéro de contact en Espagne injoignable.
Une réclamation par email.
Zenpark (site via lequel nous avions réservé) nous renvoie vers Parkimeter qui apparemment gère ce parking
Et Parkimeter nous dit n'être "pas habilités à le faire sans l'autorisation expresse du responsable du parking"...
BREF.... Un conseil: FUYEZ !!!!

"Dreadful experience"
Dreadful experience. The code for opening the garage in Paris to access the parking space didn't work, and I couldn't reach anyone to speak to. So I was forced to find another, more expensive parking space at the last minute. When I told them all this, they said they had proof that I HAD parked there, which was of course impossible. I needed to prove to them that I had parked elsewhere and, after three days of haggling, they eventually relented and offered a refund. What a waste of valuable holiday time!

Parcheggio totalmente incustodito, nessuna possibilità di aiuto esterno, codice di accesso pedonale non funzionante, ho dovuto aspettare altre macchine per entrare dall’ingresso auto.
Dopo 2 giorni di mancato ingresso/uscita ho cambiato parcheggio con relativo danno economico

We booked a parking on the Spain side of the Gibraltar border. We were catching a plane to London from Gib. When we arrived the car parking was full and had to find another parking garage as we had a plane to catch
Despite speaking to customer service when we got back we have been unable to resolve the issue. It was out fault per them. We (a) should have seen a sign that if we had booked they had a place for us - other than the blocked entrance with a huge sign saying full. (the sign per them was not near the full sign but on the fence. And (b) should have waited for them as they were waiting for us.
I would have assume that they could have include this information on the receipt for the booking etc. So it would be clear.
I agree with all the other reviews that this company is a scam and unable to provide any form of customer service.

Parcheggio a Bordeaux.
Quando siamo arrivati ci è stato detto che dovevamo consegnare macchina e chiavi (cosa nn indicata nel sito al momento della prenotazione) ad un autista x il ricovero dell’auto. Io nn potevo farlo, trattandosi di un’automobile aziendale che nn può essere guidata dalle persone nn autorizzate. Ho quindi chiesto di portare io l’auto al parking, ma mi è stato proibito. E alla richiesta di restituzione della somma versata mi è stato detto di no.
Abbiamo quindi dovuto pagare un altro parcheggio consigliato a qs punto dal nostro hotel.
Devo capire ora x il rimborso.
Personale (presentato come il responsabile) è stato molto scortese, il ragazzo invece era disponibile.
Esperienza pessima.

"Una auténtica vergüenza"
Una auténtica vergüenza. 50 minutos para recoger nuestro coche cuando llegamos al aereopuerto, 2 horas para devolverlo. Pésimo servicio, realmente horrible.

Parkeren in Marbella ging goed. In Malaga helaas niet. 3x betaald door een storing in het betaal systeem. Niemand die het oplost…. Bij Parkimeter betaald, zij lossen helaas niets op. Jammer ……
