No sabiamos cómo sería la experiencia con esta modalidad de parking y quedamos súper contentos. Tanto en la ida, al dejar el coche al valet, cómo en la vuelta al esperar el coche. Puntualidad y buen trato. Sólo recomendar que los valets no muevan tanto los asientos, entiendo que lo muevan para atrás, pero nos tocaron la altura y la inclinación del asiento y fue un engorro volver a dejarlo a nuestro gusto, pero sin más, todo perfecto.

We arrive to the Bejar parking in Barcelona at 1 am in the night, to pick up the car. The phonecall that was supposed to open the door automatically did no work, neither the phone call for emergencies, since I could talk only to the answer machine. Very bad service, was it supposed to be all night waiting to get out of the parking?. Parkimeter should not deal with this specific parking.

No tienen un teléfono de asistencia, solo una direccion de email al que, al enviar un correo, responden 20 horas despues!!!!

L'arnaque!!!! je me présente devant la grille du parking (bordeaux) et la porte ne s'ouvre pas. Nous sommes dimanche donc j'appelle le numéro d'urgence, la personne tente d'ouvrir la grille à distance en vain, et me conseille d'aller vers un autre parking. Il me suggère de revenir vers Parkimeter pour le remboursement. Mail envoyé pour relater le dysfonctionnement et me faire rembourser. Aucune réponse de la part de Parkimeter!!! C'est honteux. J'ai donc payé ma réservation et du payer le stationnement dans un autre parking. Je ne recommande pas

Une catastrophe avec Zenpark 600km réservation faite depuis Paris ..Arrivé à Grenoble avec une place réservée et payée, et le Parking de 4 places à priori réservées et toutes occupées. Après appel au centre parlant français ..réponse "désolé essayez de trouver un autre Parking " " vous recevrez un mail pour le remboursement " Au revoir...

"SCAMMERS! Book elsewhere!"

SCAMMERS, do not book parking with them in Barcelona! They sold us a spot that wasn't available. We had difficulty entering the car garage. Once we came back to get our car, all the gates and doors were locked. We were told by security that it was a private lot and that we would have to pay a 42 Euro fine and wait an hour for someone to come open the gate! When we called the number on the reservation, the person said it wasn't their problem and hung up! Stay away from these clowns!
