"I booked a car park with Parkimeter in…"

I booked a car park with Parkimeter in Granada at their car APK2 Puerto Real car park the day before our visit to Granada Cathedral.

The next morning we successfully entered the exact address provided on our booking confirmation email, namely Calle Acera del Darro, 40. 18005, Granada into the cars navigation system.

When we arrived in Granada we were
unable to locate the car park and after driving around for 15 minutes, were forced to park at another location called Parking Violon Granada.

The address provided by Parkimeter Granada does not work in a brand new Peugeot 306, with the satellite navigation system directing us up one way streets etc.

Whilst we had to park 500 meters further away from the Granada Cathedral, the cost for parking the same amount of time was 6.95 Euro, at Parking Violon Granada rather than 23.92 Euro or more than 3 times more charged by Parkimeter.

When I contacted Parkimeter to advise them of the problem and requesting a refund, I was advised
"Apart from us providing the GPS link that takes you to the car park, if you type in the address or the name of the car park on google maps it will take you to the car park." Obviously, they didn't listen when I told them their address didn't work today.

"Un desastre"

Un desastre. Se demoran mucho en responder al correo que siempre invitan a escribir, tampoco responden al teléfono. El estacionamiento fue super estrecho y con una columna delante, casi imposible de estacionar para un chofer profesional con mas de 20 anos manejando. Una estafa total!

33€ Online-Buchung für das Übernacht-Parken in Kopenhagen (was schon ne Hausnummer ist) in einem vorausgewählten Parkhaus. Inklusive Nummernschild-Angabe! Auf welche man sich verlässt…
Nix da. Bei Abfahrt tut sich nichts an der Schranke. Keinerlei Registrierung unseres Fahrzeuges/Nr.-Schildes. Also ab an den Automaten und nochmal 33€ bezahlt.
Vielen Dank für gar nix. Für Euch 33€.
Kann man sich komplett sparen! Verdirbt einen den Stadtbummel.

"Fik skader på helt ny bil"

Vi parkerede en helt ny bil i Firenze hos Parkermeter. Personalet var meget forvirrende da vi ankom. Da hi to dage senere hentede vores bil var de meget venlige og havde travlt med at få os ud af parkeringspladsen. Efterfølgende har vi fundet ud af, at bilen er bulet på den øverste det af bilen 3 steder.

"Total disaster"

We hadden een parkeerplaats gereserveerd op Marco Polo, voor ons verblijf in Venetie. De aangegeven locatie bleek niet te kloppen. Toen ik het aangegeven telefoonnummer belde gaf een moeilijk te verstane Italiaanse voicemail een keuzemenu. Nadat het me was gelukt iemand aan de lijn te krijgen werd met verteld dat ik een paar kilometer verderop naar een adres moest rijden, dat was ook niet te vinden met de Tomtom. Bellen leverde weer nieuwe misverstanden op. Ik begrijp niet hoe dit zo heeft kunnen lopen, omdat ik er van uitging dat dit een professioneel bedrijf is. Uiteindelijk zijn we op zoek gegaan naar een andere parkeerplaats. Ik ga proberen het geld terug te krijgen, maar dit bedrijf is zo lastig te benaderen dat ik betwijfel of het gaat lukken

" I'm shocked (Milano)"

..... I'm shocked , I paid for parking from 17:00-23:00, I arrived at 16:00, I paid €18, because the theater ended later, I was in the parking 23:20, the watchman told me to pay €16!!!!!!! parking for 7.5 hours cost 35€!????shame on you!!!!

Perfect! Parkeergarage in Lille gereserveerd voor de helft van het normale tarief. Kon in- en uitrijden met kentekenherkenning, hoefde verder niets meer te regelen.

I'd give zero stars if possible, we booked for pompei parking today 19Jun 2024, no problem getting to the car park using the link in the important information e-mail sent to us, HOWEVER..... getting the ticket validated was impossible no people present at all subsequently we had to pay a further €10 to exit the carpark actually cheaper than I paid via the app/internet. So ultimately total waste of my time and money thanks for zero, nothing, Nada, nichts, Nowt!!!!!!

Personne ne répond au téléphone.
Je déconseille ce site d'escrocs.

"Da evitare vivamente "

Prenotato (con pagamento anticipato) Parcheggio a Milano per un Grosso evento, al mio arrivo risultava chiuso per posti esauriti.
Nessuna risposta al numero di telefono riportato sulla email di prenotazione.
Mandato e-mail per rimborso con nessuna risposta in merito.
Consiglio vivamente di non usufruire di Parkimeter per non incorrere in brutte esperienze.
