From the first call to the last I can honestly say it was a pleasure talking to Dorothy. We had many conversations and I was very tempted but at the last moment I changed my mind. Even though I chose not to go ahead if my situation changed I would not hesitate in using them in the future.

I use the services of HBB recently to sell a house that had some structural problems. The team at HBB was very helpful with the arrangements and everything went smoothly. Just before exchange of contract, i had to withdraw the house for family reasons and the team was very understanding and I did not incur any charges from HBB, although i had my own solicitor's fees because i did not use HBB's solicitors. I had a very good experience here, and the formal offer from HBB at the beginning did not change during the negotiations. I would be happy to use their services in the future if the need arises.
