Interesting and helpful company to deal with. Very responsive even though we could not reach an agreement on the house sale. Progressed things quickly and Dorothy was very pleasant to deal with. Obviously it was disappointing not to conclude matters with them but HBB appear to be a genuine company who can/want to buy houses for cash

We recently sold our home to House Buyer Bureau after losing our buyer at the very last minute. Using HBB enabled us to repair our chain and keep our onward house purchase.

Our personal family circumstances meant losing our buyer left us in a very stressful situation, and we needed to move very quickly.

We were warned of the unscrupulous house buying industry and only spoke properly with 2 companies we were comfortable with, after a lot of research- House Buyer Bureau & Quick Move Now. It was important for us to do business with the right people and companies.

It was very refreshing to deal with Dorothy and Kerrie. At such a stressful time, their genuine understanding and lovely way about them both was greatly appreciated and needed. They made our decisions much easier and the entire process far more pleasant.

All staff are very friendly, quick at communicating and maintain a good professional service. All mutual clients that I've dealt with have had the same opinion. Whether you're looking to sell your property or buy from them, I can guarantee you'll receive the same efficiency and positive experience. I've dealt with a few other companies of a similar nature and find they can be too pushy and less personable which makes HBB standout ahead of others. I deal with Rebecca Atkin for most matters and she optimises the companies values with brilliant communication, a friendly and professional nature and always happy to assist with queries. I have also started dealing with Charlotte Soden recently who has also been brilliant.
