Suzanne was helpful, friendly, upfront and professional. Explained in detail how they work. I sent photos of the property and within 24 hours received an offer. Explained from the start they could only give 80% of the market value. After being given a value we deliberated a lot and decided to keep the offer as a plan B. Suzanne was not at all pushy after our decision not to go ahead. If in the future we decided to go down this path we would definitely use this company.

Dorothy has a great deal of expertise and her advice was very valuable. She is definitely not a hard sales person which is not what you need. She is a calm, considerate expert. If you need to liquidate a property fast, I would not hesitate in contacting HBB.

I had a good chat to Dorothy about my house sale. it was all very straightforward and Dorothy seems to have a good honest approach. She answered my questions and outlined how the process works. I'm happy to say that there was no pressure at all, no follow up call and it has been left to me to get back in touch if and when I decide to. I'm still unsure about the route I will take with my sale but I would be happy to have another talk with HBB.
