Very helpful friendly staff when I made an initial enquiry. Unfortunately they truefully advised they were not suitable to assist me for they could only offer me £70000 less than its market value. Probably suitable for someone selling an inheritance and not needing proceeds to move to another house

An offer was forthcoming very quickly. Kerry was very helpful and kept me informed most of the time. I wasn’t aware that my uncle’s roof had the dreaded spray foam which resulted in a lower offer, which was understandable. Everything proceed in the timescale originally quoted. Definitely a company I would deal with again in similar circumstances.

After my dad passed away I contacted House Buyers Bureau and spoke to Susanne, she went through the whole process and explained it would be around 20%less than market value. At the time we decided to try and sell through an estate agent. 6 months later we had 2 viewings and no really interest. I contacted Susanne again to ask for an offer, the offer they came back with wasn’t as good as I expected but it had been sat in the market with no interest and I wanted it gone.
