"Honest, straightforward offer."

Cannot fault my experience with the company. I was aware I wouldn’t be getting full market value for our home and so there were no surprises. At the moment we are not in a position to continue with our move but would have no qualms with contacting them again in the future when we are in a better position.

I believe my mum spoke to Suzanne, she was lovely and informative. I think the company is perfect for those who are in need of a quick sale and are happy to lose around 30K (some are!) "Unless you are absolutely desperate to…"

This service was definitely not for me however, if you are absolutely desperate to sell your property and I mean desperate - this service probably would be good for you, if your not desperate don’t waste your time. We were offered far less than 80% on our property and if you live in Wales they will probably also minus the extra Stamp Duty from your offer which they explained they needed to do with us. However, the lady I spoke to was very polite and I was kept up to date throughout the whole process with realistic times scales, so I can’t fault the service in that respect.

"We tried to sell through a traditional…"

We tried to sell through a traditional estate agent without success it was suggested that we talk to House Buyer Bureau. Initially we discounted them as their offer was very much below our expectations. Having considered the situation we decided that we could manage on a lesser figure and contacted them again. Which could mean getting our house sold without further hassle in a short space of time, getting the new property that we wanted. Our first contact was with Suzanne, she was extremely helpful and lovely to deal with, absolutely no pressure. Followed by Kerrie through the whole sale process, she was there every step of the way and always available to answer any queries also very patient when our onward move got delayed. OK we did not get the market value but we re delighted with the outcome. I would add that Aimee from the nominated solicitor was also extremely helpful throughout the whole sales process. Overall a really good experience, We would recommend HBB.
