I was a bit nervous about using a house buying company, but this was a good experience. They value your house for what they think they can sell it for and give you 80% of that value. We thought the valuation was fair, and once we agreed the price, it all went through very smoothly & very quickly (with no legal or estate agent fees). Suzanne, Kerrie and Dorothy were all a pleasure to deal with.

I felt very comfortable discussing my situation with them and the advice they gave me was not in their best interest but displayed their absolute focus on what was best for my situation. We were warned about unscrupulous firms operating in this field but HBB were emphatically not one of these. The deal is you sell your house below the market price and the gap closes if you factor in the expense you save like estate agents, legal fees and of course much less stress. It suited us and from the start Dorothy guided us sympathetically through the early stages before handing over to Kerrie who was equally kind and approachable. It took about eight weeks to co-ordinate sale of our house and purchase of another and HBB kept to their offer and communicated efficiently at every stage. Highly recommended.
