We are honestly so grateful we were recommended this company by Kelvin at homebuyers4u. This company came up as recommended but didn’t realise they only deal with £300k and under so referred me to HBB.

I dealt directly with Dorothy who was courteous and gave me a realistic offer which was expected (80%) of house value. They were very efficient and stuck with their offer after the survey came back as no issues.

At the end of the day, if you are looking for a real cash company who is reasonable and efficient - look no further. Beware of many other companies out there I’ve done my research and lots of the reviews are fake from other companies and the accounts look concerning. HBB had the best and healthiest accounts amongst every single company I looked at and they were confident in offering a cash sale in 7 days. Also beware of those who tie you in contract and HBB does not.

We are very grateful to HBB as they have helped us achieve our dream house.

I contacted HBB to discuss selling my mothers house. The response was prompt and the offer was in line with what I expected. Although I am going to continue with a regular agent for the time being in the hope of getting a higher price, HBB represents a good fallback for people looking for a rapid sale

Suzanne was helpful and explained the valuation process. The offer was 80% of the market value. It was left entirely to me to have a think about and to feedback to them. No pushy sales pitch. A pleasure to deal with them. It didn’t quite work for me for the property I want to buy after the sale but I would definitely recommend them.

This is the second time I have sold a property but had forgotten just how stressful the whole event can be. All of the people I dealt with at House Buyer Bureau dealt with me calmly and efficiently and in a friendly manner. I'm ashamed to say at times I was not at my best, so I am very grateful for their professionalism and patience.
