"Bad experience "

So far, my experience has been awful. I’ll update if things improve, but I’m not optimistic.

1) The items I ordered were out of stock, and I wasn’t informed until after I had completed my purchase.
2) I've received excessive emails and calls from at least four different representatives, none of whom seemed aligned, making the process far more complicated than necessary.
3) The factory does not provide photos of the finished products.

Overall, I won’t be working with this company again.

I placed an order of March 5th of an engraved vase for our CFO that was leaving the organization. The order was to ship on 3/13. I received an email from their customer service representative on 3/14 advising the vase was out of stock. When dealing with their customer service via telephone trying to find just the right gift they advised they had it in stock on 3/5. I am now scrambling to find another company that is reliable that can help me in a very short time frame. VERY DISSATISFIED!!! I will never do business with them again.
