Everything was great, April was very prompt with responses and super helpful. There was one exception - One of the inner boxs that held the award that we intended to give the recipient to return safely to their homes was damaged and I was told that Successories would not replace the box. That was disappointing and we will keep that in mind when ordering awards in the future.

After placing a $10K+ order, it was delivered weeks late with no good explanation (other than the shop was busy). When it finally arrived, 6 of the items were the wrong size. Because they were custom items, the rep said to keep the incorrect items, so we handed them out. About a week later, another rep wrote and said that I needed to pay for the incorrect items or send them back afterall. Never again with this company.

Products are good, but service needs work. It took multiple proofs because original order was not followed and corrections on proofs were not followed. Also had to send multi-ship form twice. Shipping for international was ridiculously overpriced. Had to send domestically and send on our own.
