But the whole process with Caitlin was smooth, comfortable and there was an outcome. So many call I have made re this matter have gone on and on and round and round and no outcome. I sometimes felt like they were hoping I'd die so they wouldn't have to do anything. It can be soul destroying. But my experience with Caitlin was wonderful
