I received a phone call about 15mins later, and a beautiful lady Sue Johns spoke to me and guided me on what to do next, Sue had a very soothing voice which I needed at the time as I was very bewildered as to what to do or where to go next. She kept in touch until everything was in place to speak to a provider.

Well the case manager was very nice and explained everything to us. We had meetings with 5 other providers also, but decided to go with HAZEL HOME CARE, my husband was happy with the case manager also. Some others say something then when questioned again or asked the question again, answers bit different so as I said to the case manager for HAZEL, some have the gift of the gab, as they say. Got to be careful and listen and take notes, as saying something and actually doing it are 2 different things. We feel HAZEL answered our questions truthfully. Time will tell, but we think we made the right decision at this time.

Having just been granted a Home Care Package we looked at the following proceedures required in selecting a provider and to us it looked daunting.
We were contacted by Rishi from CareAbout and were immediately put at ease. He was extremely knowledgeable and guided us through. Can not reccommend CareAbout and in particular Rishi highly recommended.

Much of my experience with My Aged Care has been very frustrating and it was refreshing to encounter an enthusiastic voice offering to help me to chart a way through utilising the package that I had been offered.
