"Great clothes, nasty customer service"
Iāve been a customer of Modelle many years ago, since they first opened. Although I do love most of the outfits I have purchased over the years, but I have never been satisfied with their customer service. I have always had bad experiences whenever I visited the Broadmeadows store but today just topped it off. The sales assistants have always been rude, arrogant, very blunt and not helpful at all. Today I went in to buy some scarves, as usual, the sales assistant I approached was quite rude and did not answer my question which was quite simple. I am a very respectful and well mannered person and I just felt like the assistantās body language and the way she was talking to me was so disrespectful. She made me feel bad for approaching her, like she was doing me a favour by just acknowledging me. I understood she didnāt want to be bothered so I approach the front desk to pay for the item I purchased only to find the two girls behind the desk gossiping about me! I heard them loud and clear and they were looking at me up and down in a derogatory way that made me feel so uncomfortable and at that point I just wanted to get out of the store! Again, I wasnāt greeted with a hi, how are you today, no smile, no eye contact - nothing except disrespect. This isnāt the first time I have had these types of encounters with the Modelle staff, in fact, my friends have all noticed the same thing how the staff there are rude and disrespectful. I just want to say, you are not doing us a favour by having your store, you need us as customers otherwise Modelle will cease to exist so please whoever is training these assistants firstly needs to be sacked, and secondly you need to train your staff properly! If I was greeted and treated in a nice manner believe me I wouldāve stuck around and purchased many more items in store but because I felt threatened, uncomfortable and not wanted in there then I will gladly leave and spend my money elsewhere. I felt the need to speak out today because I tried to give the benefit of doubt for many years but today was just on another level! Especially in Ramadan, shame on you Modelle! And itās not like itās been one or two assistants, itās literally all of them in the Broadmeadows store! Itās as if you purposely choose them to be rude and blunt! Not all customers are pushy and difficult so itās unfair that we all get put in the same box and get treated with disrespect. The arrogance is just astounding. I understand that now youāve opened up the new bigger store in Broadmeadows but for Godās sake itās only Broady! Itās not like youāve opened in Toorak or somewhere fancy so thereās no need for all this arrogance coming from your sales representatives! They definitely need a lesson or two on how to humble themselves. I think itās safe to say that I wonāt even be going back to Modelle again which is a shame as nearly all of my clothes are from you guys.

Been a customer for over 4. Love all these clothing, MarshaAllah Modelle š„° Affordable as well thank you so much. Just got several cotton leggings and it says they are 95% Polyester and 5% Spandex, I really was thinking its cotton fabric as it said on site, a little disappointedš„²

"Lack of communication "
I recently placed an order with your store, but I am disappointed to inform you that only two out of the three items I purchased were delivered. Upon contacting customer service, I was told that the third item was out of stock and was asked to select another item as a replacement.
I promptly selected a new item and provided the details as requested. However, I have yet to receive any confirmation or update regarding the replacement. This lack of communication has left me feeling frustrated and disappointed.
Could you please update me on the status of the replacement item? I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
