She firstly got us a buyer within 2 weeks and secured a very good price for our business .not once did Colette ignore us or fail to follow up quickly on any queries that we had .she was on the ball to say the least,and we had many entertaining conversations about the sale ,my wife and i with Colette and will miss the laughs we had with her during the last few months.

Intelligent were recommended and I spoke to the MD Mark, who gave great, straightforward and candid advice. I decided not to sell for now based on Mark's realistic and honest opinion, but when I'm ready to sell, I'll definitely use them.

"Two viewings within a year"
I have chosen this company because of it's good reviews on this website. The prise of the business was set according to their recommendation, but within a year, they managed to send two people to view the business. Bunch of viewings were supposedly set, but no one actually showed up.
Also, although they have two senior teams within 30 minutes of central London, no one ever came to my business to view it in person or meet with me.
So my experience with them was basically waste of time.
P.S. I though I would give additional information, since this company chose so blatantly lie in their response. 1- It's funny how they call their recollection of conversations a verifiable fact and my recollection a subjective opinion. Before signing a contract with them, I tried to sell on my own...for a lower price. Unsuccessfully. I wonder, why I would then insist on a higher price? The answer is simple - I didn't. They offered a higher price, I was even hesitant and asked them, are they sure they would be able to sell. They said - don't worry, we're profesionalls. Their so called "veriable fact" is nothing but a lie. 3- they booked 7 viewings of witch two actually happened. 5 times no one showed up. 4- I fought being a professional company they should have explained interested parties how taking over the lease ususally goes. Instead they sent me people who asked what the price of new lease will be. The lease ends after 5 years. The price I'm paying now is very low, because it was set many years ago. It's an open lease, that means you can extend it, but how could I know what the new price will be? Should I negotiate new terms with a landlord myself? Yes, I did told them the rent could double, but that's normal, I'm paying under 1K now, there are no such prices in London, so I believe it's unreasonable to expect the same price another 15 years forward. Should I have lied? Or should the agency explain such details to potential buyers?
