Over the last couple of years I have dealt with a few companies in the M&A sector.
I have found that Intelligent to be more thorough in their approach to our questions with a high degree of honesty against expectations we may have had. This has led to us further seeking advice from them this year.

Absolutely no idea what they are doing. They never reply to enquiries or call back. You get a 1 in 100 answer to a new opportunity. Since I complained there attitude is to not send me any information on any business at all.
I have previously acquired 2 businesses from them and they are most difficult to deal with. Use another broker there are plenty to choose from. Avoid these at all costs. Never use their recommended solicitor either, they are adept at altering the contract (heads of terms) and not telling you, with the hope it goes through. With lack of legal knowledge It was missed. So I was screwed over.
